ABOUT

I am a scientist, an executive coach with everlasting interest in human nature. This interest, combined with my experiences in research and long-term leadership in both the private and public sectors, will shape your coaching experience.

I support you if you want to develop into the best version of a leader. I create a supportive space where you can think out loud, discover yourself, set your focus, and find solutions where you haven't found them before.

My strength lies in my long-term experience in health communication research. This has provided me with an understanding of how people view important decisions, how they assign meaning to them, and how they develop strategies to overcome challenges. My extensive leadership and coaching background allows me to deeply understand the challenges that leaders bring to the coaching environment.

Executive Coaching

Are you a freshly promoted specialist who has become a leader? Or an experienced leader in the middle of change? If you feel the need for change and are ready to invest your time, actions, and thoughts into it, but need support, then I am here to support you! I will help you create a space where you can safely find answers to your questions.

What's included:

  • Duration 6-12 months.
  • 90 minutes monthly.
  • I am available also between sessions.
  • Flexible usage of coaching tools adjusted according to your needs.

Team's (re)start

Are you facing changes in the organization that require rapid adaptation and/or implementation of new ways of working? Or do you have a mature team facing motivational, team or communication challenges? Maybe organozational values ​​and their connection to daily activities need to be reviewed?

What's included:

  • 1-2 days interactive workshops tailored to the team’s needs
  • Longer, 6-9 months’ program that combines shorter training sessions with long-term coaching support.
